Visited Cafe Rouge for the first time. Booked a table for 19:00 for two a friend and I. We arrived an it was evident the venue was understaffed, almost all tables were strewn with dirty plates, glasses etc. we needed to wait and the waitress asked us to sit for a few minutes whilst they sorted tables. Another customer arrived without a booking and the other waitress sat this person ahead of us, which wasn’t particularly good, especially as a) we booked and b) were already patiently waiting to be seated. After a few mins we eventually were seated. We got served in a reasonable amount of time and you could tell the staff were a little perplexed and flustered, clearly it had already been a very busy time for them. They took our order and we were dealt with in a pleasant manner. We were served our food in a respectful and reasonable amount of time. There was nothing to rave about it was mediocre food and service. We weren’t overly impressed with the toilet adjacent to the dining area. I mean literally there are diners tables either side of a pocket sliding door. I don’t see how this is allowed under regulations, but hey I’m no expert! Overall it was ok, but I wouldn’t return or encourage others to go out of their way to visit this establishment. Shame really.

My first time going to Cafe Rouge victoria. I had a booking reservation and was stading out side, i do understand thier was one guy serving at the time of visit, i went in and asked for tea on the counter and showed them a voucher i had from Cafe Rouge meaning i was going to order food. I got moved to the drinking area as i wanted to sit inside. I had to move my own tea, milk, and sugar as other people were getting served on their table and got greeted in. All on all, the place looks amazing and clean. I gave the staff members 1 hour, 16 minutes a chance to say how my tea was, or if i was okay as it was not busy but nothing. Very Poor Service.

Wonderful and tasteful food. Staff was fast and courteous. The dessert was phenomenal and presentation of the dessert was spot on.

Beautiful French decor & such lovely presentation of the food. This place has become a top favourite of myself and my wife's when around London. Attention to detail and nice atmosphere felt like we was in Paris. We are usually greeted by the lovely Arsenijus that is always ever so friendly with his customers and totally professional. I totally recommand the restaurant a totally must xx

The food is nice but the service was quite poor.. I can understand that this restaurant is in a busy station but they should be used to it by now.. You could see that the staff was not happy, we were brought the wrong starter and a couple of times a waitress has been quite rude in the way she gave us the food and took away the empty plates without saying a word to us. They were clearly understaffed for the number of customers and after it got quieter both people working on the front of house because much nicer and more attentive, but still, for most of the time we didn’t really feel looked after..
