Order arrived and the size of the item didn't match what I ordered or the packaging it was in. I returned it for a refund months ago and haven't had anything back - very disappointed
Not a real location for this business. Location is pinpointed on a Royal Mail delivery centre. Hi - I appreciate they're damaging, but it is also a waste of people's time to travel to a business location on Google maps with 0 indication it won't be there :(, and hopefully this will help the next person. I'll amend the review if the Google maps page is updated to reflect there is no physical business there that is open M-F 9-5
Had a few issues to be honest. Originally I have clicked the wrong address. Same street different number. I noticed this straight away so emailed to update it. This was not done. However got an email back saying my order cant be dispatched due to stock limitations and they would be able to assist me with a refund or get a suitable replacement. So I emailed back again to ask what's the real story as I the tracking number doesn't work but it does say it's dispatched but the company themselves are saying they cant fulfill the order. My next reply from them totally disregarded any concerns I had. They said because the order had been dispatched they couldn't change the address and I should contact royal mail (tracking number still not working) despite me trying to get the address changed on the same day the order was placed. If I could rate this company a 0 I would. If you take a look at the reply here you will see how little this company cares. We've issued a refund so "problem solved" attitude. I got issued a refund after countless miscommunications to whether the order was coming or not, and if it was out of stock why was it available to purchase on the website. Money comes straight out of your bank to them but the refund will take X amount of business days meaning the money can't be spent elsewhere. Why apologise when you can just do better in the first place
I love love love this shop. I buy my partners clothes from here all the time. They have sales on frequently. The clothes and brands are up to date. Fast delivery. Would highly recommend. My partner loves this shop. :-)

Brilliant company. I ordered a parajumpers coat from Designer Wear and the packaging was outstanding, no damage on the box and the coat was in very good condition. There sales are great and prices are very reasonable for the luxury items they sell. I have recommended Designer Wear to many friends.

They also offer rapid and reasonably priced delivery options so you can be showing off your new style the very next day. Finally, if things do go wrong (even when not their fault!), there is a human face to their customer services and they offer an immediate, no quibble response. 100% recommended
