Great service by a chap called Ben, could not of been friendlier and more helpful , made sure we had everything sorted for a return and exchange, brilliant selection of clothes as well, and great prices in the sale
The in-store experience significantly surpasses online purchasing. So for the shop and staff i give 5stars. However, I recently ordered a gift online, and after a two-week delay, I discovered that DHL had lost the item without attempting delivery. The subsequent replacement process and customer service from Flannels were unsatisfactory. I am still being charged the £6.99 postage fee despite the three-week delay. Consequently, I will refrain from future online purchases from this retailer and will instead prioritise Selfridges.
For a high-end store, I expected a far better standard of customer service. More staff than customers and still can't be attentive or interested. Spent far less than I was intending to spend.
Had a lovely experience I bought some sunglasses and earrings and Anyia was of great help and super friendly towards me xx

Terrible customer service! I've shopped here for years, and never had a problem with any of the products I've purchased, until this month, when I bought an Armani t-shirt that defevloped a defective neck line after just one wear. Tried to return it, only to be told that there was no defect, so they wouldn't accept the return. When I demostrated that there was a clear defect, they then said that they still couldn't accept the return because the garment had been worn. Absolute rubbish. Of course it had been worn! I had it on for about 4 hours before I noticed the defect, at which point I took it off and returned it. Lost a loyal customer for the sake of a £50 return. I won't be back.
