These lot try to charge you extra. Always count your change. Customer service is very poor & it smells really bad in there.

Purchased a 380ml bottle of lucozade for £1.20...when u get the same pack of 6 For £2....day light robbery... Got home. To realise it was from a multi pack.. Which clearly states NOT FOR INDIVIDUAL SALE... when we returned to the shop.. The shop keeper said well that's what we sell.. If you don't want multi pack items then don't buy from our shop... How rude.... Such a rude and arrogant person...
Went to drop DPD parcel off which contained phone inside, shop keeper was rude and slow af when I was the only one inside the shop. I asked for receipt for proof of sending, he tried convincing me dpd don't give receipts but they do. So I asked for my parcel back, he still tried convincing so I told him I ain't sending parcel without receipt and tracking so he returns it. Seems dodgy af wouldn't trust that shop at all. Got in contact with dpd and they said all shops should provide receipt so customers can track it. So ended up going to a different shop. Do not recommend dropping parcels off here, seems like they take the parcels since theres no way of tracking or finding out where it is.
Steps to get inside the shop make it really difficult with a pram especially when the staff stand there watching you and don't even think to hold the door open for you. Shop is very cramped and the price for milk is unreasonable. Asked if card was accepted but didn't get a clear reply so just paid cash to save the trouble. Will not be going back.
