   Unless you want your life and soul drained from your body, I would avoid going here. I recently went in for a screen repair. When I went to pick it up, something didn’t seem quite right, but the guy took the plastic covering off the screen, gave it a good wipe, fitted a new screen protector and it seemed be working. He tried to get me to pay in cash, I don’t carry £120 in cash I explained. Sadly, by the time I got it home, the screen had already stopped working. It felt like something wasn’t connecting properly, like it was popping when I pressed it, so I took the protector off to make sure that wasn’t the problem. It was definitely the screen, you could feel it wasn’t secure. I rang the number to tell them, only to be met with “I don’t know, I wasn’t in today, come back tomorrow”, the phone cut off after I asked if he’d fix it and he said yes. I went back the next day to show him where the screen was coming away from the phone, clearly it hadn’t been fitted correctly. He asked if I’d dropped it (I categorically had not). Come back in an hour, he said. I naively went back to collect my phone, assuming he would own up to his mistake, take responsibility and fulfil the service I had paid for. Instead, he accused me of dropping it. He showed me the phone and a mark had mysteriously appeared on the screen. Needless to say, I lost my patience at this point and I am not proud of how I reacted. I asked how that could’ve happened with a screen protector on? Whoopsies, he forgot he put that on! His little scam is unravelling. He even suggested it could’ve broken in my bag… for that to happen it would either be bad workmanship, cheap parts, or both? An argument ensued, heightened voice on my part, mentions of trading standards, etc, etc. Poor workmanship I can probably forgive, but pure dishonesty and a real-time scam I cannot keep my cool with. In the end, ‘the boss’ fixed it later that day. When I went to collect it, he was very pleasant and polite, still no apology though. I told him his colleague was very dishonest and his response was ‘ok’. He very kindly said he’d fit my screen protector, if I brought it in from home. How sweet. Credit to ‘the boss’, my phone is still working, so hey, they did fix it in the end! Maybe I just went on a bad day and the guy I got can’t fit screens. I’m not sure it’s worth the risk.

   The star system on reviews doesn't go high enough to rate the service I got today. The man who served me was kind and considerate, ensured he knew what my needs were and took the time to talk me through the products available. I left with two new phone cases, screen protectors which he expertly applied to the devices and (most importantly) two happy daughters!

   Came to the store at St. John to purchase a SIM card for mum. I did not have cash for the payment and the store owner offered to give me for free and on top of that promised 20% off any phone accessories I want to get in future. I was shocked with the level of kindness. Thank you Rocking mobiles.

   What a lovely guy. Great customer service. Prompt repair of my phone (done in an hour!). Cost was reasonable and he told me upfront/ in advance what it would be (£30, which I thought was reasonable). Also purchased a case and screen protector at a good price. Would recommend and would definitely return if I needed future mobile phone repairs.

   Great customer service I got ever in Leeds. I changed my screen over here and got 20% student discount. Very humble staff and great services, I'm Leeds Beckett student and I visited several times in last 6 months moreover I suggest my friends as well. After they visit this shop they got great discount over their. It's best mobile shop in Leeds. I recommend this shop to all students o who live in Leeds and want to buy case of all types of phones, parts of phones and more else.

   Nice people - top service. My son is over the moon. Had his iphone 7+ screen replaced with original quartz protective glass for £35. Other shops wanted £55 Whilst we queued the guy was helping an infirm bloke use his phone. Restored my faith in kindness. Top draw.

   Absolutely appalling service from this shop today, I took my S20 Ultra in for a replacement camera glass. We had to take it back 3 times due to them not been careful and glass getting stuck under the replacement glass. I could have done the repair better myself and I plan to do all my own repairs going forward after this complete headache. They kept us waiting over 2 hours to sort the problem out in total. When we lived in Leeds they used to be good however I'm not happy on this occasion and the scratches they caused around the camera was disgusting.
