   Rude man, if you don’t want to offer a service then don’t offer it. It’s not the customer’s fault you decided to offer a service. “I don’t want to see your face in here again” like I’d done something wrong by trying to send a parcel! Don’t worry you won’t see my face again…disgusting customer service.

   Do not use this shop for Hermes/Evri drop offs. Several times my items haven’t been scanned and tracked therefore I have lost money. I have questioned them before but it has happened since on two different occasions. Definitely something dodgy going on. Reported to trade in standards and Evri to investigate.

   Was at the Hermes Parceldrop to return an Amazon parcel, they guy at the shop forced to me break rules by affixing the label myself, packing it and misbehaving. He has been very rude throughout. It clearly says on the Amazon and Hermes label printer that I shouldn't pack or attach the label, just hand it over for processing. But the guy was extremely rude. He clearly has a history of misbehaving having been rude for the past two years. What an a-hole. Take your frustation somewhere else d-head, it's not my fault you're a loser.

   Went to return a Hermes parcel. Asked the owner for assistance as the scanner wasn’t working. I assumed it was my error and asked for assistance and he Just started being aggressive and rude, did not let me speak or explain. Would give him negative review if I could. First and last time using this shop
