Fantastic repair to my leather bag
Never used a shoe repair shop before and didn't expect my shoes to be saved, two days later my shoes looked brand new and i paid a very reasonable price.
Went to get key cut here as places I've been to before couldn't do the weirdly complex key that I had. Arrived just 5 minutes before he closed and the man was still very friendly and got straight on doing it for a very reasonable price as well. The key was perfect and matched the other key completely, id wager accuracy within the micron.
Great service like it used to be years ago. Happy friendly shop keeper. Watch repairs, shoe repairs, keys cut.
We'd be much worse off without Heels & Keys in our neighbourhood. Solid, reliable service and then some. My wife has had new leather handles on her laptop bag (saved buying a replacement and improved it) and I had a new suede pad on my laptop bag's shoulder strap - way better than the original rubberised fabric one!
