   Overcharged us £30 and didn’t give us a Receipt so we can’t get our money back as the shop is behind a glass you have to pick what you want and he will put it in the bag. This is what we did and he did not put everything in the bag and then he took an additional £30 off us so we paid an extra £45 as we also paid for a drink, we didn’t get. Because we didn’t get the drinks that we asked for and he took an additional £30 off us our total should’ve been £26. He asked us for £56 and didn’t let us see the till / the receipt or anything when we paid we realised we didn’t have all of the drinks in the bag and then when we added up the amount of each drink we realise he took £30 off us but it was 2am so when we were calling no one was answering

   Avoid this place at all costs. Worst off-licence in the area by far. Sold well out of date beer twice in three visits. The second time they were almost a year past their sell-by date. Gave them the benefit of the doubt first time and had a polite word when the shop was empty, but the owner/manager couldn't care less. It's also extremely expensive, the staff are very aggressive, and outside is permanently littered with the shop's rubbish. The people who own and run it don't care less. What happened to having a bit of civic pride? This used to be a nice row of shops.
