   I went in for T shirts and was hoping to take advantage of the 3 for £45 offer. I asked a young man if there were any other sizes available in one T shirt I liked and sadly got a poor response. He basically couldn't care less. Thankfully, a young woman came along and asked if I needed help. She not only actually checked for more sizes, but when she saw they weren't available in that item, she showed me lots of other nice T shirts and checked that they were part of the offer. She suggested ways of styling them and was really just brilliant at her job. I was so impressed with her, I asked her name and she is called Hilaria. I really only wrote this review because I was so impressed with her fantastic customer service and I would have left the store without anything and not feeling great had she not been there. Hilaria, you are an asset to this store and I hope they know it!

   Took a shirt into the Liverpool store to exchange for a bigger size and unfortunately they didn't have the style of shirt in stock , although the store appeared to have many, many items in it. I took a refund which was well dealt with. The store appeared very dark with quite narrow walkways as there were probably more items in there than I'd have liked to have seen, less is more may be better here.

   Nice store located in the heart of Liverpool City centre. Customer services is on point and very friendly. Plenty of clothing available on full price and they recently added quite a few Sale items, which is a bonus. Staff at shop floor and on tills are very friendly and helpful.

   Not the best but not the worst shopping chain. Been there today for a nice winter jacket. It was successful! They've got some good real waterproof jackets. Most of these jackets only require a single t-shirt, they're so warm. Too dark the floor, people with visual problems can find hard to read the price tags. Easy access for wheelchair users. No public toilets in place. Winter jackets are on 20% off as they continue the black Friday deal. My jacket was £99. I recommend this shop for anyone who wants a real winter jacket.
