   Had a delivery set to be sent here, and it got refused. Went on the day it was meant to be sent in and spoke to the person there and explained that I understand the delivery was too big to keep here, but I'll wait outside in my car and pick up straight away when it gets there. They said yes. Waited half an hour just for it to be refused again. Why bother having your shop as a drop off point?

   I arrived with 5 'collect' parcels and shop keeper refused to take them. Told me to come back the next day. Another time I arrived with 3 parcels and he only wanted to only take 2 of them. He said why don't I use the post office. Horrible customer service

   DO NOT USE THIS PLACE FOR A SAFE PLACE FOR PARCELS LOST MY PARCEL IN ONLY 3 HOURS AFTER ITS BEEN DELIVERED WAS DELIVERED IN A BROWN BOX AND COLLECTED IN A BLACK BOX FRESHLY WRAPPED THE DAY AFTER TAMPERED WITH WONT EVER USE AGAIN

   I visit the shop often to pick up or return a parcel from ASOS and Amazon. The staff is friendly and helpful and collected/returned. my item with out any problem. It also has so many goods to sell you can find what every you want.I really recommend this place.
