   Absolutely a liar , parcel scanned as delivered. He insisted it’s not there I have not accepted any parcels for three days. Yet my wife picked one up the day before. Complete liar rude with it. Disgusting man

   I would give no star if it would be possible. Really awful place, please do yourself a favour and avoid it as the plague, especially for sending out parcels. They stole one of my parcels, UPS went there to collect it and they simply said they don't have it. Really disgracetful people, the lowest kind you can find. I am surprised that courier companies are still colaborating with them as I am sure I am not the only one that have experienced a theft like that. AVOID IT!

   Terrible experience for parcels with one rude man who says my parcels have not arrived wen they have but i stood my ground saturday i had code and he ended up getting parcel from underneath counter i wont be going in that shop again .

   I tried to get in touch so I'll best leave the message on here. If your shop doesn't accept Fed Ex packages then there's no point in having this location as a collection point in the first place.
