Got my boots reworked a couple weeks ago now, was quoted a week for it to be done but they found a couple other issues with the boots and said they would fix those too at no additional charge but a bit of a longer wait. First time I put them back on I was a little worried because they felt very tight and stiff but in retrospect I was did told they were gonna be better than new. Which turned out to be true and after re-wearing them in I've got to say they've never been more comfortable. Fantastic service, friendly professional informative staff. Will definitely go back and recommend to my friends
I took my favourite shoes here to get them resoled and new insoles. The team were so helpful and friendly and really wanted to get the end result right for me. We were so happy with the way I was catered for that my partner then took his boots in a few days later to be resoled. When we went to collect the boots we were delighted with the results! They look brand new with high quality soles and a much needed polish. Would highly recommend this hidden gem.
Gentleman sorted out a new Vibron sole for my much loved Brasher boots. Not only was he cheaper than my previous quotes by a good chunk, but he even cleaned my boots and treated them with Mink oil. I had already had my Army boots sorted there previously and this latest repair has ensured he will be my first point of call.
