Items are typically overpriced, ranging from 25% - 100% of RRP and the price labels are typically wrong when going to buy things except drinks and food which have the price directly on them
Your staff is horrible person.. not friendly at all she have a sour face .. she shouldnt be working in a retail..
Purchased something from the fat lady, but she refused to give me back the changes with a 5 or 10/20p so I could use the toilet. I had to purchase another item again to get a 5p. Awful person, and I hope you don't like travelling to Spain. We won't help you.
Customer service was terrible, refused service from the premises, because I wasn't prepared to pay for the goods by card instead of cash. I have every right to believe that the man was trying to make out that I had a contactable infection, from the body language of the man.
