   Wish I could give a zero star. This is the most useless off licence shop have seen. How can you leave the shop in the afternoon without any notice to customers. Basically wasted uber money tro and fro the shop and couldn’t get my dpd parcel.

   Awful. Absolutely awful experience. The woman is ill tempered and constantly backbites about her own customers “ I hate the youth”. She will take half a year to give you your dpd parcel and if you pointed out which parcel is yours she becomes ill mannered and dissent appreciate the help. She also decided it was appropriate to fart right next to me so Please for the sake of your sanity do not use this shop.

   If I could rate 0 I would, try to avoid using this DPD parcel shop drop off point because of the rude, bad tempered and seemingly sick of life shop keeper slumped over the counter who hates to serve (even his own customers buying alcohol) About time DPD strips this man of the contract please.
