Normal offering, but no great service. Not friendly. Very business like. Also first time in a coffee shop where they take your haf empty cup at the table to get you back out the door
Been coming since the store opened years ago, unfortunately the latest round of staff have less pride in shop and the barista made drinks are rushed and messy. Will no longer be using, the last 4/5 occasions its obvious that they want your money and then want you out, sign of the times.
Rubbish everywhere and waitress on on skates only no care on how to put a coffee on table rather than slam. Pic of his handy work only he buzzed right off quickily so didn’t say anything . If you don’t like your job don’t take it out on others Atleast 8 dirty tables too needing attending too
I always enjoy coming to this Caffè Nero. Especially after the recent refurbishment. It is bright, fresh and comfortable. All staff are very nice as well.
Clean and welcoming shop, tables clean, Staff friendly and attentive. Just bit of a wait in que. Plenty choice of food and pastries.
This has become a very regular visit for us. Their hot chocolate is very yummy. I love the special editions they do for Christmas and other festive periods. I do wish they do a more Apple/Cinnamon offering. Also, I would love to see Caffe Nero do a pumpkin spice drink.
Nice Caffè Nero in the centre of Solihull - great to stop for a pitstop and a refresh. Nice loos, comfy chairs and good selection of nibbles and coffee. Service seems good, and fast - would recommend a visit :)
Watch out for the app offers. They are quite good. The coffee flavour is nice. Staff are friendly and helpful. Parking might be an issue if going in just for coffee. Would have loved a drive through.
