   ⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3/5 Pulled up to Concept Communications on Leeds Road and had to wait about 5–10 minutes before anyone could see me — only one guy was at the desk at first, then another finally came over to help. I bought a screen protector and got it fitted in-store, but it was put on with a little fingerprint circle showing underneath. They told me to wait an hour before putting my case back on, so I even waited two just to be safe. As soon as I put the case on, my fingerprint sensor completely stopped working because of how the screen protector was applied. Kinda annoying because now I’ve gotta buy a whole new one. Service was calm, but the quality of the fitting just wasn’t it this time.

   Cracked my screen on my iPhone. Went to these guys to replace the screen and they made it even more worse as the bottom part of the iPhone wouldn’t let me use the touch screen. They made it worst. Don’t go to these guys !!

   Bought an iPhone 6s was told it was 32gb but later on when try to connect to iPhone watch discovered it was 16gb due to not enough storage in setting and space tried everything to free space no luck so seems like these crooks misled me and left my special need child upset hope your satisfied stay well clear of these fake people check before you buy

   I have been buying all my phones and accessories from here for years, the owner and staff are polite and go over and beyond trying to help me. I feel safe and the prices are very reasonable and you know for sure that you’re not going to get ripped off as the are honest...they will deal with all the issues promptly and in a professional manner. It’s good for people like me who are not techno savvy as they do everything for you and explain in easy terms.

   Bought all my phones from this shop for the past 5 years and I'm glad to say I havnt had any issues with them. Recently I bought the new 12 Pro and I rang up on the and told them to put it aside for me. I went in and had a clean and quick transaction and they even reduced the price and gave me all the additional accessories including the 20W plug for free. Highly recommend this shop for all your phone needs.
