   I came into costa this morning with my friend. When we walked in, there were no tables due to people working on laptops which could have otherwise accomodated multiple paying customers. Granted there was work being done on the big windows which had slightly limited tables. I dont understand where this new influx of people using coffee shops/dining areas as their work space for pretty much the entire day, has come from. There was even one lady who was making it extremely obvious to every other customer that there was a charging plug available for her so was interrupting others in order to get one. Id say it spoils the ambience of an otherwise pleasant experience, which is now turning into an office environment which i am impeding on.

   I am a regular morning drive-thru customer. Everything is smooth and sometimes quite quick but recently I have had 2 of my drinks mistaken: I ordered a chai latte but I was given a hot chocolate. Since this has happened twice I make sure to check myself if I have the correct drink before driving away. Service here recently has gone kind of downhill, some staff really don’t seem friendly. They laugh and joke between themselves and don’t speak a word to the customer not even a hi hello, they just shove the chip&pin device at you for payment.

   So this Costa is a pretty good Costa. It's by a main road, but that's to the plants/ layoit the road is shielded from view. The outdoor area is nice and the seating inside is ok. Only small problem is the entrance to the car park is a pain in the bum, it's only really wide enough for one modern car to drive through.

   It maybe another Costa however this one excels by its location just off the main road, has adequate parking and sometimes busy drive though. The decor and the layout is well designed with comfy seating all around, was greeted by the lovely friendly Amy who is prepared to engage with her customers, there is various choice of coffees, of different styles, there is a abundance of snacks, some wearing the M & S label. The store is clean tidy and especially the toilets are fit for purpose

   It's quite dark and gloomy in there, which is the first thing I noticed. I appreciate the effort to create a cozy environment, but it's just gloomy. Orders are completed quickly by the staff.

   Absolutely appalled at the service, went in and spent £20 with my girlfriend as a nice lunch before work. First of all my frapee was forgot about causing a 5 minute delay, which I did not mind. However after taking a seat outside on the benches some cream was spilt on the table from one of the drinks. After then moving inside due to it being cold, we was then approached by one of the members of staff with tissue roll and disinfectant spray and told to go outside and clean the cream off the table. After we questioned why we was asked to leave the shop and been told we were acting like children and was banned for appealing to oppose the member of staffs decision. Then after walking off my partner was not happy and proceeded to speak to the manager. The manager handled this well although there was no compensation towards the disrespect we felt due to us being apart of the younger generation. Overall not happy will not be returning
