    Went today for the first time to this store to dropp off an evri parcel. Served by a very rude lady no customer service at all so rude as never seen before. I said to her have you ever heard about saying please, smiling or any customer service? She just ignored. I said to her first and last time here. No any bothering reaction. Parcel is left at front everyone can take it away. Avoid this shop in all cost.

    Very, very rude staff member! Visibly rolling eyes and huffing and puffing when customers trying to send parcels. Also talking on the phone the whole time while serving. Don’t work with customers if you can’t be polite and you can’t even be a half decent human being! I will not come back here again. *Don’t come here to send your parcels!!*

    Very rude staff. Constantly huffing and puffing when you want to send a parcel. They pick and choose when you can pay for gas and electricity on card. If it’s such an inconvenience for you, don’t offer those services.

    Beautiful in heart, caring staff. Always happy to see regular customers. Take interest in their regular customers. Ok it is a convenience store so prices are slightly higher, but this is compensated by their customer service. Far better than the YOO local a bit further away who rip you off.

    Rude, unhelpful staff. Unbelievably rude and unwillingly to help when collecting a parcel. Never had an issue with any other local store around my area, only this one. Shame one staff member can give such a negative vibe about the whole place.
