Came 30 minutes before the close time, specifically drove 1 hour, and when i wanted to come in, the dude with a straight face non chullant , while browsing he's phons said closed and just went to browsing. If you close at 17:00 change your time here. Edit: it was March 19 and definitely not the wrong shop.
Made an order 4 weeks ago, hasn't been shipped. I have tried contacting them in every way. You can't get hold of them. They are not interested in giving a refund, they are just holding the money. Awful, almost feels like a scam!
Went in to replace a broken part from a non-standard piece. Bloke serving was super helpful. Spent the time to find a part that could do in a pinch, showed how I could cut it, offered helpful advice etc. Couldn't have been happier. Piece fit with a quick mod to the tubing that Id otherwise have to wait on post for, 5/5
I was quoted one price over the phone and it was double in the shop. Completely wasted my time! If I didn’t speak to someone in the shop, they need to check the number on their website, as that’s the number I called.

Came in to buy cigars for Christmas, fantastic customer service, I had no clue what I was buying as I've never bought cigars before but the very patient gentleman who served me talked me through everything they had and I left really happy with my purchases. Would highly recommend. Will definitely be going back in the future. As far as being Covid aware as well they were only letting one masked customer in at a time, checking temp and had a hand sanitizer pump on the way in , really well thought out set up. All in great experience from all the staff can't recommend them enough.
