A very dodgy business, shoddy goods, extremely poor service and utterly rude and insulting staff. It's shocking how this business is still allowed to operate after all these years.
Do not buy anything from here, there is zero after support or customer service. Avoid, plenty of other genuine shops in town with genuine folk - these are nothing but scammers who get fruity if you come down for support.
Bought a phone from here once. It had a fault took it back the same day and the shop owner refused to refund or exchange or do anything about it! He was extremely rude also. Horrible place all in all, don't ever buy a phone from here or anything for that matter really.
Absolutely disgusting me and my sister went into this shop for a samsung s7 phone case and the guy got it from the top rack and we told him we have to go to the bank to pay for it and he got on one saying you made me get it from the top I don't know what his problem was when we said we would be back
Went and bought 2 of the metal the clipper selection from m&h one works fine but other lasted a day and cost £12 couldn't be garunteed through clipper eu as could not garunte geuine parts and the warranty card was never stamped from m&h
Disgusting customer service known 2 people who have bought phones and when taken back due to faults refuses to do anything the man with the bald head is a disgrace and is a con man AVOID THIS SHOP
Absolutely disgusted. Had my phone for a week to be unlocked. Got it back today and it's been wiped of all my photographs, apps, contacts the lot. Gutted. Will never ever trust them again with anything
