   The staff are all friendly and approachable people. The store is clean and has good variety. Recommended. Nicohit Salts - Sour Apple (20mg) was not a pleasant experience. In my opinion, the flavouring was harsh and unpleasant — definitely a miss. ELUX liquids were the most consistent and enjoyable of those I tried. I also experimented with Hayati liquids based on good reviews, but the experience was poor — the liquid spit hot droplets during use. I even replaced cartridges to be sure, but the issue persisted until I switched liquids. After that, no spitting. That brand was a one-and-done for me. I’d also advise avoiding IVG – just not up to standard for me in terms of flavour or smoothness. That said, the Oxva Slim device itself has some strong points: Sleek black and gold design with a nice carbon fibre feel USB-C fast charging and impressive battery life Adjustable airflow via a side slider (though tighter draws at higher settings) A small LCD screen with playful graphics (a smiley face when you press the button four times) Feels like a decent, stylish device overall On the downside, branding like “Vaping Reimagined” leans into that cliché territory often seen with mass-produced products, but that's more nitpicking than a serious fault. Customer service-wise, the ladies who work here are lovely and very approachable. The younger man at the counter has generally been friendly, though I wasn’t thrilled about the selling approach I experienced. I haven't seen the older gentleman for some time, but he always came across as especially genuine and kind. In summary: This store has fair pricing and a solid selection. I recommend the shop overall for its friendly atmosphere and accessible range. Just make sure to do a bit of independent research if you're unsure about what product suits you best.

   I feel Extremely disappointed with my recent purchase and it being faulty, the manager has stated that even though this £45!! E-Cig is a month old they take no responsibility for it now not working for no reason it is a fire stick I purchased from them only last month, I think this is shocking customer service knowing that if they could be bothered returning it to the manufacturer they would not be out of pocket for replacing this faulty product bought in their shop, I will be making it official with the manufacturer you should expect more than a month use for such an expensive E-cig!!

   What a disgrace of a vape shop! All products overpriced, staff don't have a clue but are quite happy to pressure sell things the customer didn't even ask for or want! "you need this" Bs, I witnessed this on two occasions. I also busted one of the ladies stamping my loyalty card over an older stamp! DO NOT USE THIS SHOP!! Try the one in Eccles centre just vapours
