   My integrated fridge/freezer had stopped cooling. Used the brilliant and easy to navigate booking system on the Appliance Bros Website. Steve turned up early, no messing about - told me it was beyond repair and I required a new appliance. He prep'd the fittings for removal etc and offered to return to fit the new one when ready. True to his word he turned up promptly a couple of days later and completed the work , no mess no fuss and a fraction of the suppliers installation quote! Great service, family run, friendly and good value, I'd highly recommend.

   Had one of the engineers, Steve, round to fix our washing machine. It was installed by previous owner in a way which made access really difficult. Service was fantastic, and now I can be told off for not doing the washing again.

   A lesson that nothing is for free. I had a washing machine that stopped spinning and still have a washing machine that doesn't spin after £170. it's not this that has annoyed me so much, it's the promises of visits to take a look at the problem then no communication and no visit. 2 stars simply because he seemed knowledgeable and genuine.

   I used the online service to book an appointment for Monday morning as my washing machine broke on Saturday! I wasn’t sure what to expect but the repair man came on time, took the washing machine apart to find the faulty heating element, quoted a very reasonable price to fix it on the spot. Done and dusted within 40 minutes and happy to report I have a fully work washing machine. Payment was accepted by bank transfer but would also accept by cash. Thank you and I will not hesitate recommending your services to others.
