   Cancelled my online order by saying there was some issue with my payment, contacted the bank they said payment went through fine there was no issues with payment, found out the TV was on very good offer and was limited, they decided to sell it to someone else even though I was the one who ordered it day in advance and paid for it, and they lied by saying there was a payment issues

   A big thank you to Chanti at Argos,(Retford) so very grateful for her kindness, having purchased a stroller and carrying a baby (hence need for stroller) she very kindly took it out of the box and put it together for me. As I couldn't carry baby and stroller. All done with such a lovely smile to, great staff all round

   Been in Retford Argos today to purchase some bamboo fencing. Although this is a seasonal product, a lady named Sam came across to help me, she tapped it into a search screen and came up with one roll in stock. I said I would take it and because I wasn't sure that it would be enough, Sam ordered one more roll for stock and has reserved it until Sunday so that I can be sure to have another roll if needed. I felt really looked after. All the staff were friendly and smiling. nice shopping experience, many thanks to Sam.

   Big store front with very little on display. Feels very empty and unwelcoming. Service is usually very good but a lot of time wasted when they ask for email address for receipt, ask if you want to purchase extra break down cover and offer an Argos card! We should be offered little signs to hang round our necks that say "I just want the product I came in for" !!
