   No 0 star available. I ordered vape juice from this retailer on Wednesday, no order confirmation either by email or text so had to keep calling them but they NEVER answer. I emailed them but the email keeps bouncing back. Thought it was fraud so had to raise a dispute with my bank. 6 days later it’s funny the guy called me AFTER I had to raise a dispute with the bank, what’s a “coincidence”. Plus they told me after 6 days they don’t have the item I ordered in stock! Why you advertising this then?? You never heard of “stock check”, something that is a basic standard in any “professional” business. What a joke! Never again ordering from them and would definitely NOT recommend! AVOID AND USE SOMEONE ELSE

   Would never buy from this seller. Bought a new Aspire vape unit but it would not charge up. Sent it back to this jerk and he only sent me half of what I'd payed for the unit. He has many NEGATIVE feedback on Ebay and most of the "positive" ???? are repeated word for word buy different buyers..dodgy feedback from a dodgy dealer. STAY CLEAR OF THIS DEALER!!!!!!

   So a few months ago, I have ordered 5 packs of 10 vapes. They've sent 3. I emailed pictures while unpacking parcel. I put it on scale to prove that 5 packs wouldn't be able to fit the weight on the postage label, all proofs has been sent in multiple emails, NO REPLY whatsoever. And my mobile number has been blocked. Didn't order again, do not recommend

   SCAM DO NOT ORDER I am in process of making a claim through bank. PayPal removed from their site so you cannot easily refund. Never received item, no response to emails/phone calls. Runs from a house. Clever website. Total scam bandits

   Over all performance of the vape is bad. It was leaking after few weeks it show "check atomiziser". I have change the coil. It lasted few months. Now can not vape because it says "check atomiser"

   The item arrived different than what was ordered, after two months it stopped working, despite contacting the seller several times, I only received the information that I should change the vape charging cable. Unfortunately, after changing the cable, the vape still did not work (charging), but no one was interested in it anymore and left me a broken vape despite the fact that it was under warranty. In my opiniom very dishonest company, it's better to stay away from them.

   Ordered some Pods direct from their website. Wrong item sent. Informed I’d receive the correct item next day 3 days later nothing. Messaged again and informed there’s a problem with order. Painful replies from customer service, informed I’d received a refund but haven’t. Avoid these guys.
