   There's not many vape stores nowadays that still retain a personal touch and quality customer service, but this is definitely one that does. Vape City in Longsight (and the other stores in the franchise) is a welcoming store with great advice and happy, helpful staff. Went in for something to get me off using disposable vapes, as they have been an expensive habit to kick. The member of staff there helped me get onto an Oxva Xlim pro, and I'll never go back to disposable vapes again! Very knowledgeable staff that made the right suggestion for me! The best vape store I've been to since being in Manchester, they've gained a loyal regular in me :)

   Bought a pack of 5 coils for £10, when I opened the pack one coil was missing. I'm not someone who will go back in and cause a scene over a £2 coil but I will not be going back to that shop again. Enjoy your swindled £2. Response from the owner is stating it was mistake and not intentional. The coil was removed from the packaging and the packaging replaced back into the packet I bought. As I stated before I will not be back to get the coil, refund or any goodwill offered, this is one customer you have lost.

   I walked into the shop and the first thing that hit me was the warming smile of dale. He knew the shops products like the back of his hand and was also extremely helpful in finding me the perfect ecig in the wide range of vapes they had to offer. Couldn’t of wished for a better service it was truly 10/10 and i will definitely be visiting again.
