My main issue with this establishment relates to advertising outside the entrance. On a busy Saturday at Westfield Shopping Centre in West London, there was a sandwich board placed outside the entrance promoting a two or three course set menu for under £20 per person. This was the primary reason we chose to dine here. However, once we were seated and settled, we asked about the set menu and were told that the offer does not apply on weekends. While there appears to be small print at the bottom of the board, which we didn't see before we entered, it raises the question of why such an offer would be prominently advertised on a weekend if it isn’t actually available. It felt misleading and, frankly, dishonest. I understand that times are tough for the hospitality industry, but transparency matters. In the end, we paid over £100 for three fairly average main courses, one side dish, and three drinks. For the quality and experience, the value simply wasn’t there, and we left feeling disappointed. On the positive side, the ambience was pleasant, service was reasonably prompt, and the waiter was polite and engaging. He even chatted with me about a locally made beer (Byblos) listed on the drinks menu as Lebanese beer. That said, the beer was without much head and tasted somewhat flat, which further added to the underwhelming experience.

The food did not meet a basic standard. I ordered two chicken shawarma with fries. The chicken arrived cold and had an unpleasant taste, the chicken didn’t taste clean at all, the fries were to be honest alright just too salty to eat. I also ordered shisha. The first order was Love 66 for £50. It had a sour taste and no clear flavour. I requested a replacement with a gum and watermelon mix. It was better than the first one at least but I was still charged £20 for it even though I stopped after two puffs. The only item that was acceptable was the Coke. We left most of the food and drink on the table. We paid £136 for this visit. If you want good food or shisha this place does not deliver. I rarely leave reviews but this experience made it necessary

We had the 2 course set lunch today. Terrific value and the food really was authentic. Would highly recommend. Fantastic service and warmly looked after by Smo. Would definitely come back. Thank you for the wonderful experience

We are not coming back here again. We ordered a starter, but the main course was served first. After 20 minutes, when we had already finished our main course, the starter finally arrived. We also ordered chips, but they only came out with the starter. The service was very slow, and this was despite the restaurant having only a few customers at the time. Food is not even tasty.

Poor food & poor service. Came here this evening for a meal with friends and it’s safe to say, we should have listened to the other reviews (they are low for a reason)! The restaurant was near empty, yet there was a lengthy wait for our order to be taken, and an even longer wait for our food and drinks to arrive. The homemade lemonade was the best thing to come out the whole evening. However, the food was substandard and some dishes arrived cold which had to be sent back. Overall a big disappointment. I would not recommend anyone spending their money here and I would not return. P.S - the toilets were also run down and not nice at all!

Experience was terrible here. Asked for rice with my main dish, to my surprise it arrived with some chips mixed in with the meat! Not sure how this would’ve been possible. Spoke to the waiter who was quite nonchalant about the situation. Food was sent back to the kitchen; when I received the new plate of food it did not taste great, cut of meat was poor and quite fatty, ended up not eating most of it and I was already quite put off by the aforementioned issue. Service was also poor. Would not recommend.

The service was quick. The fish I had was pretty plain. The rice was nice and the salad could've been much better. I was told by my guest that their chicken shawarma, fries and salad were 9/10. There was a lack of non alcoholic beer.

Service was good only when starters were delivered , but slow on the main meal , interiors are shabby and worn out , menu card is so basic with laminated plastic, looks cheap, food tasted okay , not bad , but we found hair in the vine leafs ( dolmas). But that was replaced immediately without complications, overall it’s an average Lebanese food , of a mid range restaurant. This is not our first time , usually this place isn’t too bad when it’s not a tourist season . It was much better when we visited this place last October.

I must admit at first I was a little anxious about coming to this place as the reviews are not great. However I was pleasantly surprised as the food was absolutely delicious, the environment was clean, there was a nice overall vibe to the venue and the restaurant was clean. Unfortunately I am not sure whether they were short staffed or just slow in completing their tasks, but the service was really slow. We ordered drinks and waited patiently but after half an hour when they still had not arrived, we were surprised to learn our tray of drinks were sitting on the bar, they continued to be left there for another 10 to 20 minutes even when we asked where our drinks were. Also a party that was seated after us were served a lot faster and BEFORE us. Thankfully the staff were really nice and friendly but as I said the service could’ve been a lot quicker earning them another star.
