We had two large hot chocolates, the marshmallows were stale and dry. The server placed a glass to put our marshmellows in on a dirty tray touching a dirty cup before placing on our clean tray in front of us.
My colleagues and I will not be returning to the venue. The venue was untidy, two staff servers were uninterested in customers a total lack of thanks. The food items ordered were dry and not at all pleasing to us. Not the high standards we have come to enjoy at many other venues. Sorry Costa but this venue in the shopping centre let's your brand down significantly. 3/10.
Disappointing, to say the least. I’ve given this many tries as I commute to work. The latte is atrocious with a watery texture absolutely no silk. The foam is non existent but rather three bubbles on the top. Now the service, terrible. Staff don’t like to be questioned, or make adjustments to the coffee, even if you’re the only one in the shop!! Irrelevant of being a regular customer. Who’s managing them? Who’s monitoring the quality assurance? The only thing nice is the lovely people who take a seat at the tables to… dare I say enjoy… their drink or food. Right now, Greggs downstairs offers a much more pleasant experience and an even better latte!! Dated: 21/08/2025

Mediocre at best. I went to this Costa yesterday and got served a Hot Chocolate with barely tasteable customisations, and 2 way too strong coffees. If you're in the area and want a Costa, I suggest walking the extra 2 minutes to the New Art Gallery Costa.
Had skinny latta not very warm and to milky;. Slice of cake bit dry but tasty, all a little expensive for what you get staff are pleasant,
I love Costa. Its amazing how the same format truly does work from store to store. Always friendly polite staff and the cappuccino is perfect every time. The anti distance measures are working which makes it more relaxing to sit and enjoy drinks and food
Social distancing measures in place. Take away only for now. Good service and still great quality drinks and food.
