   One of my favourite spots now. Their San Sebastián cheesecake is heaven and chocolate cake was so rich and indulgent. Been twice now, we were using NeoTaste and they were so nice still swap in a sweet treat as they were out of one of the panini we wanted. Sister wanted her iced pistachio latte a specific way and Anh made what is now the best iced pistachio latte she has ever had. My smoothie was good too. Oooo and the haloumi panini …. they did not go skimping on the ingredients. Immaculate experience, thank you Julie and Anh!

   I visited a few days ago and i was having a truly awful day, running late and feeling incredibly stressed, when I decided to pop into Hello Cafe. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere shifted completely. The aroma of the coffee was intoxicating, and the cafe buzzed with a genuinely happy energy. I ordered a coffee, and Zeee, the coffee Maestro, asked how my day was going. When I mentioned I was stressed, she took the time to chat with me, giving me her full attention despite how busy they were. She then made me the most beautiful coffee with a little heart in the foam. It was such a small gesture, but it completely turned my day around. The coffee was fantastic, the atmosphere was cozy and inviting, and Zee's kindness was the cherry on top. Hello Cafe is now officially my go-to spot. And their complimentary biscuits 10/10. Highly recommend it for a little boost on a tough day! And today again here for a coffee amazing fast service thank you

   Lovely staff, very friendly and kind. We’re attentive to us throughout the visit! I got the pistachio latte and it was very nice! Actually tasted like pistachio :). We also ordered pistachio and raspberry slice and a red velvet slice. They were both quite sweet which is what brought my rating down. The Pistachio and Raspberry had a strong flavour which was very nice but it was overall too sweet. The red velvet cake was not very good:(. Did not taste like red velvet cake tbf. Butttt, the staff was lovely and they offered me a refund and free cake slice when the order I placed was unavailable. This was not necessary on their end but they were very polite and compensated me more than necessary!

   I stopped by for a catch-up session with my cousin aunt. The atmosphere was lovely, and the workers were very kind. Despite an issue with one of our orders, they accommodated and provided a free treat! I ordered a vanilla oat latte and red velvet cake. The latte was good and not overly sweet, but the red velvet cake was a bit dry and too sweet for my liking.

   Popped in for a hot chocolate (very good), lovely staff, good selection of alternative milks as well and they do 2 for £12 cocktails on selected days. What more could you want!

   Really enjoyed my tea and croissant today. The lovely lady warmed up my croissant and I had a wonderfully hot tea that was absolutely perfect! Decor is amazing and cosy! This is probably the best cafe in Bearwood! It’s very affordable too!

   I would probably say that this coffee shop is a must for coffee lovers! This coffee shop has it all. The ambiance, interior designs, good coffee, tasty foods and a very sweet owner. The service was good, and the variety of coffee served in the ambiance was very satisfying. If you’re up for a fresh place with beautiful architecture then this is a must to visit. Thank you.
