A nice and easy shop despite how busy it was. No issues at all.

My mom and I wanted a coffee after doing a shop. We waited ages for a staff member to work the till. When one eventually appeared he seemed annoyed at customers for being there. I paid £5.20p for 2 cups of coffee which is self service. The machines didn’t work I ended up with a teaspoon of milky water which I had to tip out. When we told the only staff member available, he said the machines were out of milk so we had wait for the machines to be refilled but the machines spat out only half cups of coffee even after being refilled with the milk and the coffee tasted awful. We couldn’t even finish it. It’s as if the staff there couldn’t care less about their jobs or customer service. We were glad we didn’t order food. We won’t be back!

The food is always awful in here now. They should take note of the fact its always empty for a reason. I remember coming here most lunch times and you would have to try find a seat the food was great very busy lots of choice in the fridges with salads and sandwiches fresh cakes, lovely soups plenty choice on the menu and now they can't be bothered to refill the fridges or cake stands. It's hard to find a member of staff. The food is absolutely awful. We came yesterday asked for the large fish and chips. When she brought it over I did ask if it was a large as other week when I went to Bescot morrisons it was like a whale of a fish hanging off your plate it was beautiful! this is how I remember the meals at Morrisons but now it was a mini fish hardly any batter. The chips tasted rank, burnt and that the oil most definitely needs changing and you get like a tablespoon of beans and no bean juice what's that about. I won't be eating here again as I'm always left disappointed after each meal. I'll stick to tesco cafe or somewhere else in town. Either change your chefs, get better quality food in or just close the cafe.

No yorkshire puddings for a Sunday roast, no garlic bread or naan. ItHowever they don't tell you until the food arrives at the table. No serviettes, just a roll of kitchen roll. Very few staff visible and, the one that was worked at a snail's pace. Luckily it was almost empty. Took ages for the puddings to arrive. We did complain and got complimentary drinks, hence the one star!

A new year and the cafe is back to the decent standards of yester_decade. Worth a stop if you want to do a longer shop

Once again a terrible experience at wednesbury. No wonder the place was deserted! dry chips all "scratchings" no butter on the bread and butter and the tables were dirty. new plates hasnt improved this place at all.

Went for a coffee and some toast at 11am. Had to wait 40 minutes and wasn't told there was such a wait. Wasn't that busy either. Doesn't seem very organised and the toast was burnt when it came out. The wait was the same the week before aswell as people I went with tried it before. Awful service. I wouldn't bother.
