I come here all the time and usually love the service and place. However it is very poor when staff decide it’s appropriate to talk negatively about customers in front of them, believing they are not there.
Food was good as any starbucks, but the service quite unexpectedly poor. Beside the adults coffees we ordered 2 baby chinos for the kids and for the first time ever we received them in shot tiny cups. The kids looked confused and frankly surprised. So be warned if you travel there with kids
Great cup of coffee here. I do enjoy coming to this Starbucks located within the village hotel. It's a great place to have meetings to catch up with friends or just a coffee on your own in this busy environment with hotel guests and gym guests alike passing by
I go here often, and Amy has been the best member of staff I’ve been served by. She was super helpful, smiley and not a thing was too much for her. I also redeemed my free drink and she reminded me to upgrade to the large instead of the medium. Just the small things like that I really appreciate. Thank you Amy. Also, the Iced Caramelised Macadamia Oat Shaken Espresso is sooo good, definitely recommend!!!
Starbucks is always decent. But a couple staff here are not the best with customer service. Can't make the usual coffee. One person who works most days is amazing so I feel guilty marking down but overall. Starbucks franchise or not within a hotel should be top-notch!
This was newly opened during the summer so everything is clean spacious and really nice we sat in but it's also a drive through
Quick service on Saturdays when I usually visit. Orders are done accurately and staff are friendly. Little bit pricey but always has been.
Starbucks is amazing everywhere. However this branch has no drive through and it is inside another building. The staff was nice and friendly. They only accept card payment.
We always love a good Starbucks and this didn't disappoint. Because of local lockdown restrictions though there's nowhere to sit (not that we would) and has a very sparse look to it. Very, very different feel to last year, obvs. Maybe they can do something to not make it look so vacant?
