Use this place regular but this place has gone downhill, Waited 10 minutes to be served with no luck ended up walking away. Tables covered with used cups and rubbish. Looks like low on staff, not a good look for customers. Will avoid this store. Not great.
Visited Costa inside Asda Great Bridge early in the morning and was met with excellent service from Adrian. He was positive, helpful and had great communication skills – even encouraged me to download the Costa app, which I appreciated. Great customer experience, Adrian really stood out and definitely deserves a mention!
We just drop by after weekly food shopping to relax abit because the Asda is quite huge! We grab just hot drinks, at it almost took us 15mins. One lady is still setting up the labels for the cake display and only one is doing the service meaning till and doing coffees, lots of table are not clean some of them not even wiped. Its a good site and sadly the qualitynof service is not great.
Absolutely disappointing. The workers were nice to talk to however they have burned the milk while steaming and over foamed it for the cappuccino making it extremely dry when we didn't ask for the latte all I could taste was sour coffee and burnt milk. Please start checking if your coffee is the right amount of gramps and if the machine has been calibrated as you should check weekly really disappointed wasted my money was told it was pretty good and it's not at all.
popped in to costa earlier for a coffee earlier after doing a shop at the asda, it was a minute past 11, i asked if i was in time for the coffee and breakfast offer, was given a very cold NO, i wont be going back there again
Well what can I say, I love costa and spend my money in these places, but I went in today and only 1 serving , and all other members of staff on there breaks, had to wait a while to be served, there was 9 tables full of empty plates and cups, staff should not have there breaks all together, and where is the staff cleaning tables. I go in many costa and this is the worst place for dirty tables and lack of staff.
3 members of staff on and 9 tables have plates on cups on its lucky its not busy no attempt to clear them floor dirty.. no ques so no reason why these jobs are not done. Poor management skills who ever is duty supervisor or manager.
Hot chocolate is watery every single time. The staff need a bit more training on this because I’m guessing it’s a big seller In winter. Shame because it’s a great spot aswell.
Always love the Coffee at this place. Morning vibes and smily staff members are so generous and helpful.. trust me you won't be disappointed...
