I had an excellent experience with this Company. Ellen in the showroom was very helpful and booked us in for an appointment a few days later. The two fitters, Adam and Frazer, were excellent and very competent. I woukd highly recommend these people over the big online retailers.
Great service from Apollo. We wanted to replace our integrated dishwasher and all sorted within 5 days. So helpful in the shop, not pushy, very knowledgeable. The team who came to install and remove our old dishwasher were extremely efficient. No mess and completed in no time. Again, very knowledgeable and helpful. Great customer service. Happy to recommend and we will definitely use them in future. Thank you
Customer service was fantastic from the moment we walked in the store on Wednesday to installation on Saturday. Advice in store by Steve was impartial and installation by Tom and Wayne was excellent, both very friendly and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services.
Great choice on all appliances all on display, so you can browse. The staff are really helpful, and knowledgeable. They offer repairs also. The delivery service is quick and the men that came to bring our new washer were definitely a 10 out of 10. Friendly, polite, professional and efficient. Certainly my first stop for white goods now.

I'm so pleased we decided to buy all of our kitchen appliances from Apollo, rather than an online supplier, as the service was exceptional and prices comparable. We were kept informed about hard to get hold of items, caught up in supply chains and items were put aside aside until we needed them. This ended up being considerably longer than initially anticipated owing to a delay in our extension being built, but Apollo were brilliant and kept our items in their warehouse. Even after delivery Apollo helped me report a manufacturing fault with one of the items and I had a Neff engineer out within a couple of days. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Apollo Appliances to anyone. Brilliant service and competitive prices.
Bought a whole new kitchen worth of appliances and the sales manager Steve said they were more than happy to store the appliances until we were ready. Twiice that man has shouted over the phone to me, very intimidating and zero customer service. This company are only happy when receiving your money. If there are any issues they are not interested. I am still waiting there response after a faulty item. I suggest none should use them as once there’s a problem the hang up on you Thanks Steve
After hearing good reports about this company I decided to purchase a microwave from them which was to be fitted which they didn’t actually charge me for the fitting. Unfortunately eighteen months later I found that the plastic foil covering hadn’t been removed and was actually covering a vent which could have been really dangerous and led to it causing a fire. I phoned Apollo and spoke to a salesman who just made excuses and that I’d have to pay for them to come and sort it out. After about five minutes he said he would get Ellen the owner to phone me back the following week as she was on holiday, this was three weeks ago. I have sorted the problem but I never even received an apology. I would certainly think twice before using this company again Caroline
Excellent service from Apollo .. went in to their showroom Yesterday looking for a Fridge Freezer. No pushy sales person, Ellen was very helpful and listened, loads of range and great prices. Bought there and I collected it today Also thanks to for the coffee from Wayne, only place I go for my appliances
Excellent work from Apollo .. went in to their showroom Saturday, no pushy sales person, just very helpful and listened, loads of range and great prices. Bought there and then and was fitted the following Wednesday by 2 lovely guys who were quick, knew exactly what they were doing and left no trace of anything. Couldn't ask for a better service.
