First time visiting the place today, Ali and Zahed seem very friendly and welcoming. They helped me find what I needed. The store itself is lovely and has a modern twist with a nice atmosphere. It is quite expensive in comparison to other shops and online. Overall good, positive experience

Came here on a friend's recomendation and was very glad i did after not getting the best of services at a vape shop i had visited earlier. Ali served me today and ended up spending a lot of his time. Ended up spending £135 on a couple of vapes and some juice. He gave me some discount considering i spent quite a bit. The products are great, but the customer service is on another level. Extremely welcoming and very informative from Ali considering i was a vape amateur and have no idea about these devices. He offered me his card incase i have any queries which he said he would be happy to help. Great products, great customer service and also a very funky looking shop, what more could you ask for? Zakir

Awesome shop. I travelled from London to visit my family in Manchester and discovered this shop when I needed new vape juice as I left all mine in London. The owner is a very genuine salesman who directed me to quality, rather than profiting from me. Will be back when I visit again.
