   My buddy and I tried this place when we stayed nearby in London. I have had Middle Eastern food many times, but Masgouf specialized in Iraqi-style preparations. I never had that, but I loved it. We were welcomed like family and treated like tru guests. I always appreciate that. The hummus was expertly prepared, and lamb mains were just as good. I'll come back.

   We visited Masgouf for lunch, and it was great. We were the only ones in at that time, so we managed to get a good table by the doors. The staff are great and we got served very quickly. We went for a mix of starters: hoummos with meat, which was amazing, rich lentil soup, and a fresh beetroot salad with lemon juice. The mains were brilliant, I went for Kouzi with fall off the bone meat and soft puffy saffron rice. My better half went for Masgouf, which was a grilled seabass that tasted great. We also received a Mohalabiah on the house, which was sweet and fresh. Overall, a nice filling lunch for two for under £100, highly recommended!

   Impeccable service by Ramy and his team! Every single visit has been mind blowing. They all treat you so well and with so much respect. The food itself is tasteful, atmosphere is amazing. Everyone is so welcoming, the team is so warm and always in good spirits. Definitely recommend.

   Absolutely delicious food and very friendly service. The hummus was the nicest I have ever eaten and I’ve eaten a lot! And the aubergine stew is amazing… very clever to get such depth of flavour from such simple ingredients. I can absolutely recommend this lovely restaurant.

   I went in for dinner around 8 pm on Saturday. They were quite full. I had the Iraqi kebab (minced lamb) for dinner and it was very good. The food was well prepared and service was good. I would definitely try some other lamb dishes or a mixed grill next time.

   21 years since this branch is opened. This is the original Masgouf, I consider. Friendly staff, especially Rabee. Great seating outside, inside and downstairs. Great ambiance. Great food. They offered Muhalabia, Baqlawah and Dates for free. Reasonable prices.
