We booked Round the Twist for my daughters 5th birthday and the staff were absolutely amazing. They were very accommodating with the decorations that we brought and the entertainment was fantastic. The play area was nice and clean as was the rest of the place. Would highly recommend if you want to book a party there. They have lots packages available, just give them a bell and they will sort you right out. Thanks again to all the staff. My daughter and her friends had a blast.

I am a regular user of this play centre and have always found it very well run. I was there on the day the work was going on in tots area. The Manager went around several times alerting people to the work area. Unfortunately a child managed to access the area through a tunnel. Workman had overlooked this. The saw that was mentioned was in its sheath. No harm done and much fuss about an oversight and unsupervised child. The Manager apologised to all concerned and I witnessed her admonishing the contractor. Still the best play centre sbout

Visited today with my 3yr old son. I have been before to a party previously and thought it looked good. Upon arrival had to wait a little outside before getting inside. Was quiet and was school hours, near the end of the session my son was playing nicely in the toddler section until another mum mentioned he has a saw in his hand. They was building an extra building in the soft play area, and apparently ‘attempted to close it off with the wooden kitchen. My son and another child got in easily through a tunnel. Why is there tools being left where children play. Whether it was blocked off or not! There was a hammer , saw and screws on the floor. Luckily my child and no others was injured. I was too shocked at the time to say anything else to the owner but now I’m furious. I wish I had taken pictures to show how visible it was. Whether it was ‘blocked’ off or not the tools should have been removed. Clearly health & safety didn’t apply today. The owner did apologise but didn’t seem to bother. Will not be returning.

Great play area for toddlers! Went on Sunday morning it was very quiet. Toddler area has a supermarket, post office and kitchen to play in! There is a little car track, lots of push toys, and climbing frame and slide. Sweet little sensory area for babies. Bigger kids area is good too with area for ball games. It was £6.50 for me and 1.5yo toddler. £5 min charge on card. The only thing I would change is availability of healthy snacks such as fruit.

Took my 3 year old and he had a lot of fun. Staff were friendly enough and the place was clean. There was plenty of tables available. The food was tasty and served very fast. The atmosphere was nice with Disney songs playing for the kids. I went midweek when it's walk ins welcome but weekends you must book online. There's a £5 minimum spend if you pay by card. Toilets available including an accessible one. High chairs and plastic cutlery for children.

Didn’t pay online and paid upon arrival and as a result the owner/ manager told us we had to sit in the back room where we couldn’t even see our child play. Clearly we’re supposed to supervise our children yet get penalised all because we didn’t pay online. Also like to point out the front tables weren’t all taken by online bookings so was beyond a joke!

Went there with my 2 year old grandson. Lots to do, climbing and role play areas. Good chicken nuggets, chips and gravy for little William. Definitely worth a visit.

First time at this place and definitely won’t be going back. Sat in the baby soft play and there was a wet patch, my husband went to tell a member of staff and no one came to clean it and then we saw it was coming from the roof. The music and microphone is way to loud. The party section upstairs the poor kids was rushed to eat and their was a few babies and not enough baby chairs and the staff was no help so my husband had to go get more and at the end of the party they couldn’t rush us out quickly enough. Very poor

I wouldn’t recommend this play centre! It was horrendously overcrowded and what looked like 12 year olds playing in the baby area so my 18 month old couldn’t play. Asked the staff to kindly ask them to go in the other section and nothing was done. We waited for over 20 minutes for our coffees, and there was human waste on the toilet floor! The music was blasting to the point you can’t hear the person next to you. Awful place don’t waste your money, we left an hour early! Never again!
