Writing this review based on staff attitude *alone*. Rarely have I been to a place with such poor customer service. During my visit today I went to the counter to order some drinks for my children. We don't buy food here any more as I begrudge spending too much money here after previous bad experiences. I stood at the counter. The staff member who served me didn't say *a word* she just stood there staring at me. So I said what I wanted. She then rang it up on the till, didn't tell me the total just held the card machine out in front of me. Literally didn't speak *a word* to me during the whole exchange just looked at me rather unpleasantly I felt. I assume the staff must be family members and this must be a family business as I can't imagine hiring someone with such poor customer service skills to work front of house serving people. The people who work here seem to enjoy making their customers feel uncomfortable. It's a very strange atmosphere. We only come here because it's a local soft play and small enough my various aged children can play near each other without having to be split up the way they are in some of the large soft plays in the Manchester area. It's getting to the stage however where I'm going to begrudge even buying drinks here with the horrible attitude I'm receiving when doing so... why this company don't want to make more money by sorting themselves out I don't know. Your customers are the ones who pay your wages. If you don't have any customers you don't have a business.

Always friendly, helpful Staff! Clean and well taken - care -of areas to play. Food is reasonably priced, good selection. My 3 year old grandchild says " I having a good time here today Grandma!"

Donβt bother with this soft play, Iβm not sure where the 5 stars are coming from or what they are for but they are not an accurate depiction of the centre. Itβs really small and not very entertaining, my little one is two and she found the older part boring which is saying a lot! Itβs not worth the money and especially not worth having to pay for an adult too. The play kitchens handles are broke so the plastic is sharp and dangerous to little oneβs and the toys are old and dirty. First and last visit to Anchorβs away, very disappointing.

Kids had an absolute ball here! The staff are lovely, there is plenty for the kids to do & lots of choice for food. The only thing that let it down for me is the level of maintenance. On the day we were there, it was raining & there was a pretty major leak coming through the ceiling near the toilets through a light fitting - I'm pretty sure they shouldn't have even been open as this is a H&S breech?

Fantastic. A nice little play centre for the kids. Food is very nice too and decent portions. We came when it was quite busy, so was quiet manic, once kids go and it's quieter it's actually quiet nice and peaceful. Will be back again.

A nice soft play area. It's not too big as other places, but it's neat and clean, it also wasn't too crowded when we visited which is good. The food is nice with a good variety, and the people there are helpful. It's also Covid safe as the tables are kept apart and are disenfected between uses, there are also a lot of hand sanitizer stations around the place. Everyone there is wearing masks as well. A good experience and I'd love to go again.

Good facilities for the kids but I won't be returning. They cap a visit at 2 hours before you need to pay again and we're very reluctant to let me and 2 kids leave and come back when picking up my partner from 5 miles down the road. They let me, but under duress it seemed. They also didnt tell me of the 2 hour limit till I tried to leave. Oh, and nobody seemed to have checked the toilets in a while. The hygeine board was untouched and the cubicle in the men's was insecure, with a broken catch for the bolt. Not ideal.

Honestly,it's rather small and I didn't feel Β£10 for 2 children under 6 represented good value, but hey ho. The mats felt a tad thin and had visible signs of wear in them ,the slide wasn't great but the kids got a runaround. The receptionist attitude was utterly disgusting, she couldn't bring herself to offer a greeting when we got there, she didn't say thank you when we were leaving -basic customer.(and trying to get a drink-do I have exact change because they had cashed up at 5:51pm( Finally on the negatives there was a smell, not powerful but lingering. It's a shame as they have an area for parties,2 screens with console pads' connected too i and the rest that would make it a great centre...but it's a tired centre in short.Definetely wouldn't recommend nor will I be going back.

lovely place for a kiddies birthday party, easy to keep an eye on your child and it all felt quite relaxed. It has a local community centre vibe. Facilities and play areas are basic but practical.
