   The staff were kind and welcoming, even allowing us to start before our booked time, which was much appreciated. The soft play area itself is large and well laid out, giving children plenty of space to explore and easily keep themselves entertained for a couple of hours. There is an on-site catering facility; while we didn’t try it ourselves, it was clearly popular with other parents, which suggests the price and quality are reasonable. A few areas, particularly the slides, were a bit dusty, but the seating areas and toilets were clean and well maintained overall.

   As an Assistant Headteacher of a local special needs school, I cannot recommend Let Loose in Hazel Grove highly enough. We have organised multiple trips to the centre this year and each visit has been consistently outstanding. From the very first point of contact, the communication has been excellent. The team are responsive, flexible, and genuinely keen to understand the individual needs of our pupils. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and they always take the time to plan carefully so that every child can fully access and enjoy the experience. The staff are absolutely brilliant with our children, patient, kind, friendly and highly accommodating. They truly go above and beyond to ensure all needs are met, adapting activities where necessary and creating a calm, welcoming environment where our pupils feel safe, confident and valued. The centre itself feels extremely safe, well-organised and well-supervised, which is incredibly important for us as a special school. What really sets Let Loose apart is their inclusive ethos and commitment to the local community. We are especially grateful for their willingness to support our post-16 provision by offering work experience opportunities. This is invaluable in helping our students develop independence, confidence and employability skills, while feeling respected and included in a real working environment. It is clear that the team genuinely care about giving back to the community and supporting young people who are preparing for adulthood. Overall, Let Loose is an amazing venue with exceptional staff who clearly understand and value inclusion. Our pupils absolutely love visiting, and we have complete confidence in the care and support provided. We will most definitely be returning and would wholeheartedly recommend Let Loose to other schools and organisations.

   Hired out the venue (VIP package) for my son’s birthday. The staff leading up to, during and even after the party were brilliant. They listened, catered to our needs and made everything easy. Really nice people too. Everyone said they had the best time at the party and how the venue was perfect. Thanks a lot to the team.

   Had both of my daughters birthdays here. Want to say thanks to Tom and all the staff at let loose, went above and beyond to make sure the birthdays were special for them. Much appreciated guys!! Would definitely recommend. And we've been returning regularly. P.s the biscoff ice coffee is lush! ☺️

   Visited on a Sunday morning, went with 20 month old. The 0-3 play area is ok. Not very big compared to other soft plays I've been to. A lot of children over 3 were in the under 3's play area which was a tad annoying as they were using a lot of the toys meant for smaller children and tended to push the smaller kids out the way. No one really monitoring this and this kinda put me off going again while my son is little. More suitable for older children I feel, looks great for birthday parties though.

   We had my sons 5th birthday party here and it was fantastic. Everything ran so smoothly and staff were incredibly helpful. My son and all of his friends had a great time. Would definitely recommend for a hassle free party venue.

   genuinely the MOST accommodating kids party venue ever. loveliest staff and made sure my brothers had the birthday party of their dreams. even when we asked for no pork in the food they replaced it with the tastiest substitutes, didn’t rush us out even when they’d closed and we were still getting ready to leave. if you’re contemplating having a party here DO IT!! we are 1000% definitely coming back.
