   Playkidds is a great play centre and an amazing resource for our local community. Our children have enjoyed many soft play days , party/themed days and birthday parties here and always have a great time. Playkidds puts on so many events and they are always up-to-date and moving with the times like the K Pop parties and Labubu parties they have done recently. The staff are also amazing and so engaging with the kids. We have also used the wrap-around service and our daughter had a great time. The same staff member tends to go for school pick up at my daughters school which gives great continuity for the kids. My daughter loves and trusts the Playkidds team which is exactly what you want when you have to be away working. It's reasonably priced and flexible with great opening/closing times to help working parents out. We don't have family local to help out with childcare but feel that Playkidds plays the same role in our family life. We'd be absolutely lost without them!

   I've just had my daughters 5th birthday at Playkidds and it was by far the best decision I made! From the get go all the staff are so attentive & go above and beyond to make sure everything's perfect. All details are communicated clearly - no hidden costs and you can customise your package according to your needs. Its honestly the first party where I had absolutely zero stress. They took care of the food and all the party games! Finally a special thank you to Sophie our host who the kids loved! Thank you guys!

   I love this play centre for my son who is 4. Not only is there a soft play area but they do lots of activities through the week such as dance competitions, creative play and loads more. Most importantly the staff really do care about the experience and bonus the pizzas are great! Thank you Molly for being so great with the kids.

   Fantastic for a children’s party. Booked a very last minute party here and staff was great - party was very organised. Was for a one year old but lots of older children at the party and they did a variety of party games to suit all the different ages. Party food choices are great - good variety and amount. Host interacted lots and kept me updated with what was going on and asked for my preferences on things. Definitely recommend this place - food is lovely as well

   Today we had our youngest daughters 1st birthday here after having our eldest daughters 1st birthday here 3 years ago. Once again the staff were amazing, they really do want your child to have the best party. Prices are more than reasonable and the food is great. We had a mixture of toddlers and babies at the party and everyone had such a fantastic time. Thank you so much, Alex, Marcus, Alice and Faith :)

   l think as much as they are trying to run a business, they definitely need to take feedback and reviews and do better. This play centre does not cater for babies especially those who can’t crawl or walk below age of approximately 14 months. The only thing available is ball pit. Nothing is there for babies. The place could use some cleaning to be fair. I am sure going to be visiting play centres prior to taking my 9 month old son after this experience. I would not recommend nor return as it’s not worth the half an hour drive. Update: response to Greg O'Neill Director as l do not have an option to respond to your comment I have updated my review. You talk about covid as if you were the only ones impacted. I will pay extra if you improved the things l suggested above. You are passive aggressive in all your responses to negative reviews on here. You need to take negative criticism and improve. You talk about activities over weekdays, I visited Saturday, we did ask if they have a baby area or sensory and they said no, so do not present it as if it’s available but you need to ask. It’s not there and it is not suitable for babies. You talk about what you do in the community; that’s good but am talking about the service l paid for. My reviews are correct and factual and am happy to call and visit you to discuss because l wrote what we experienced and that is factual. You only want positive reviews and unfortunately you need to address the issues. Cleanliness has been raised in previous reviews and yet you still adamant it’s not an issue when it is. Someone previously mentioned it was not for babies and yet the place had nothing suitable for babies except the ball pit. This review is factual; l attended on 21.01.2023 at approximately 14::45 hours and you have my telephone number on the signing in sheet to discuss.

   Nice little play area, clean place and lovely staff BUT and it’s a big but it’s far to cold for babies and toddlers, we had to leave today because the babies hands and face was absolutely freezing, and ino they warn you that it’s cold on the website but it’s not just cold it’s absolutely freezing, however when it warms up in summer I’m sure we will be back

   My little one whose 18 months enjoyed it here, he was full of cheer running round the place. I'd say its good for children under 6-7. I didnt try food so can't comment. Price to get in was good, no adult admission. The only things I could say is that it is very cold in there, but with energy prices as they are...im not surprised. So just wrap up and be understanding atm! The lights are a bit dark too. Overall, il be back :)

   I love it here , it great for the younger children , till about 6 years old , prices are super affordable even with the small recent increase , snacks are super affordable, and I love the fact ur snacks are from other small businesses. Kids also get to meet there fav characters for no extra cost and without booking . Only small negative is I don't think this place has been advertised enough and it took me 3 year to even no it had existed

   Best play centre for miles. Food is fantastic and not over priced, plenty of stuff going on all the time and great party options. Last time we visited my friends little girl hurt her arm and the staff were absolutely fantastic. Well done! Keep up the good work!
