Took my 7 month old today went early morning and the place already smelt of stale urine ordered a coffee and took baby into the baby play area he went in the ball pit and on the slide! Had to strip him off getting into the car because his clothes stunk of urine! Disgusting not hygienic at all!
Our son has just had his 5th birthday party here and it was absolutely amazing, really good communication prior to party, choosing meal choices for children and ensuring children with allergies or specific dietary requirements were catered for. Play and party games included and party bags provided to. Staff always happy to help and really good with the children when it came to organising the party games and getting them all in the party room for something to eat. Parents all had the chance to sit down and relax whilst children played safely. Thank you so much we will definitely be back and so will our party guests as we all loved it. Thank you to Rachel and her team for a fantastic time.

Very appalled at this play center, my daughter who is autistic and non verbal was told to leave if she keeps on shouting (as she's very vocal) and was told she's scaring the other kids, they have no understanding of disabilities and find them ignorant towards children with disabilities! Won't be going again!
Had the most amazing experience, my little boy had his birthday party there and the staff were so attentive, went above and beyond, catering to all our needs, adapting to suit us, they made all our guests feel welcome, Rachel and the girls really looked after us
Clean and big. Decent priced food and good menu. Staff also pleasant.
Young brunette member of staff was so unwelcoming. No smile, no hi or how are you. Miserable. Same with the older brunette woman. Can't believe I took my children there to play! Won't bother going back and spending my money there again
VERY unclean. The corridor to the bathrooms including the bathroom itself smells like heavily soiled nappies even though we were among the first visitors in and the areas should have been cleaned before close the night before. Theres also a huge amount of damp and mould throughout the building, it's spread to the floor on the far side near the red slide which shows how little the play area is actually cleaned. Staff seem very young and weren't bothered when notified about the damp. Children should NOT be playing around mould.
I just want to thank jolly giraffes for there outstanding customer service today! Especially Rachel, she has been so polite, well mannered and amazing with myself and my family today. Very patient with my two children taking ages to choose what chocolate they both wanted. Please keep being you because you are one beautiful person! We will definitely be back ❤️
Good value for money for the space. Standard prices for the food and drinks. It could really do with better cooling in there though. Been twice in the past week and both times kids and parents have sweated (not during the heatwave).
