   This place is honestly the best soft play we've been to. The staff are so lovely and organised and I like that the layout and size of the place allow me to just let my children run around and play without having to run after them. We had my daughter's birthday there recently as well and my daughter and her friends had the best time with lots of games and play. I recommend this place to all parents.

   We had a fabulous experience here recently for my son's birthday party. So well set up, the slot is broken up into 30ish minute chunks so the children stay engaged and entertained. Our helpers were Liberty, Elizabeth, Amy and Gabby, and were all fantastic with the children and adults alike. They couldn't do enough. Thank you, we will be back I'm sure!

   Me and my partner brought our 15 month old boy, Khari here for the 1st time for his little cousins 2nd birthday and i was SO impressed..so much so that we returned the following day for a stay and play. I cannot even begin to explain how incredibly polite, happy, genuine & helpful ALL of staff are in there (especially the young lady with plaited red hair i didnt quite catch her name). Litreally nothing is too much trouble for them and they take an interest in the children too which is lovely. The variety of toys they have/books, soft play, slides, sensory rooms, ride in push cars etc is INCREDIBLE my little boy just loved running around and what i found great is the toddlers are not overwhlemed or being bumped/knocked over by the bigger children as it seems to be a younger age group in the mornings. Each time i have been it has been a nice & calm atmosphere. Nowhere near as chaotic as head over heels etc. As someone who struggles with anxiety-i would 100% recommend this place to any parents who suffer anxiety who have young children/toddlers. Really clean & entrance fee is brilliant! Highly recommend x

   We have just visited Cheeky cherubs in Urmston for the first time for a Birthday party that my friends had for their child. What a fabulous place! On a Sunday it's exclusively yours for the 2 hours of your party which i really love, calms the anxiety of manic soft plays! Great soft play area for the children (party ages today were 13months - 7ish and it was perfect). Main area had plenty of space for the children and then a smaller area for the younger ones. There is a sensory room if you need a quiet space and a stage area. Really great view of all the areas while you have a hot brew which is so rare in my opinion, place felt safe and secure. I only looked briefly at the menu board but saw a good variety of food and drinks. The staff were just the nicest young ladies, polite pleasant and super smiley, and nothing was too much trouble. I felt they managed the party environment perfectly, Minnie mouse joined the children on the stage and danced and gave out hugs ♡ Parking is available behind the venue (Atkinson road maybe?), the road alongside the venue is only 1 or 2 hour slots and there have been alot of parking fines lately. Spaces for cheeky cherubs in the 1st car park are free and then there is a pay and display area a bit further down too. Overall, a really great place that we are considering using ourselves next year for a party now too.

   Yesterday I took my 4-year-old daughter and had such a lovely experience. The staff were incredibly attentive and genuinely kind from the moment we arrived. They welcomed us with warm smiles, engaged kindly with the children, and made sure to check in throughout our visit. Their thoughtful, caring presence made the visit even more enjoyable—not just for my daughter, but for me too. Overall, I can’t recommend this soft play centre enough. If you're looking for a place where your little one can play freely while being supported by thoughtful, lovely staff, this is it. We’ll definitely be back soon!

   The place is clean and looked after. Can tell that the owners have got their hearts in it. The entry fee and the food is very affordable. We haven't been since Covid and it was great to see how the place improved even more since. Will definitely revisit soon.

   It has a lot more stuff for small kids there than normal, the council has given the place a food rating of five stars rightly so, but... The place is dirty, toilets were dirty gaps in mats were dirty there were exposed electrics in the sensory room the fish tank was filthy the toys were dirty the old style office cieling was dirty, I hate to give a bad rating to anyone but they must change, shout out to Groupon for allowing me this experience .
