   Went here to grab some hot drinks with the family after lunch around 1:30pm today 5/11/23, the counter staff seems like not so happy to serve us today, and need to add extra for a smile. My large black americano got more headspace than usual, and the ginger spiced latte is as weak as the smile from the person, the hot chocolate is spot on. I am not asking for ear to ear smile, just the feeling of us being there and welcoming eye to eye contract is nice.

   Probably the worst Costa I have ever visited, behind the counter is disgusting and Im convinced the almond milk mocha I asked for was made with cows milk as I watched them take almond milk out of the fridge and then make it with milk already in a jug and not use it, I will know later on today....

   Ordered a special frappe drink, they had ran out of some ingredients, didn't offer any alternatives. Sold out of ginger bread men (my son loves these), didn't offer an alternate, just advised to look at the front! Given conflicting messages by the staff, went in about 20 mins before closing, asked if I could stay seated after they closed (baring in mind this Costa is in the middle of a next superstore). One staff member said, yeah fine, no probs. I sit down and get my 2 year old out of his pushchair, sit down, start drinking and then a different staff member comes over and says we're closing and you'll need to get out. Sort it out Costa, which is it, yes I can eat in or no I can't?????

   Nice and comfortable and not busy at all at the time of our visit. Staff were very friendly and efficient in our order. And as for the Coffee, well what can I say it was Costa, a nice cup of coffee, not my favourite Café Nero but a good second choice.

   The cash machine wasn't working and they had to restart the payment application making us wait for almost 10 mins. The place wasn't that clean either. The taste of the cortado wasn't as great as the other places. It didn't do justice to the Costa tag.
