Nice and quiet, i was unsure of what special coffee to get I was offered to try a sample. Which the Eggnogg latte was not the best haha. But i had two nice coffees with great coffee art on them.
Have been going to this Starbucks since the day it opened. My partner and I are regulars here however have to say this is nothing like it used to be. The staff used to be pleasant and if they got something wrong they couldn’t apologise enough and you’d get a free drinks token. This is the 3rd visit in a row now where I’ve asked for a hot toffee nut latte of the xmas menu and been given an iced latte !!! They cannot seem to get any of the drinks right and no apology!!. Also to insult to injury then gave me a small latte instead of the large that I’d paid £7 for!! What is going on?? Also defo not impressed by the increase of xmas drinks prices!!!
Excellent staff. Very friendly and helpful. Poppy in particular took a little extra time to explain the type of coffee I ordered.
Nice location and shop is generally tidy however this is my 3rd visit when I've been served cold coffee when I specifically asked for hot latte! Staff are pleasant to talk to but some could do with smiling a bit more often. Restaurante is bit noisy at peak times
This was the cleanest Starbucks I’ve ever been in! Standards definitely gone down. Rubbish and did all over the floor and no tables without used cups etc. Lovely light and airy seating area with large outside seating area and lots of parking. Drive through attached. No longer have any fresh vegan muffins etc just bagged brownie/flapjack hence the 1 star for food
Starbucks, you find there everywhere, ideal if you want a quick coffee and a little rest. The store is very stylishly decorated, keeping up with the usual trends. The coffee is nice and well, it's what you come to expect. The thing that let it down big time for me was the hygiene. They had a load of people working behind the counter and the place was messy, the tables hadn't been cleaned for a while due to the stained coffee marks and cups left all around. Rubbish on the floors and I wouldn't mind but it wasn't that busy. The staff need to get off their phones and do some cleaning. I could forgive it .......... Until I went to the toilet, it was shocking, defecation under the toilet seat that someone pressed in with their fingers, then the finger marks was on and around the toilet,I had to press the flusher with a piece of toilet paper. Later on I used the other toilet, hand towels all over the place from an overfilled bin which told me it hadn't been checked for a time and a broken flusher. If it wasn't for that fact I hadn't seen my mate in a while, I wouldn't have stayed.
Excellent store for coffee and a bit of quiet space for reading or working. Toilets very clean and accessible too. The only gripe I have is that it is very awkward to access this store driving. However, once you can get past that it is great.
Most of the staff are friendly although some may need to be aware that demeanour can reflect their frustrations with customers? Although some staff understand the concept of good customer service and are great. Overall the service is OK. Food and drinks fine. Only issue is cost.
its verry clean and i have to addmit the strawberry frap was nice but i had my body up so long and the person did not come and there's no atmostphere at all
Gorgeous coffees,lovely spacious venue, so much bigger than it looks on the outside. Gorgeous brunch visit. Highly recommend the Forget Me Not Frappuchino
