Booked my twins here for their 2nd birthday. It is PERFECT for their age! we also had younger and older children join who still had a wonderful time. Sally was so helpful on booking and staff on the day (especially the young lady with long blonde hair) were fabulous and super friendly too. cannot recommend this venue enough.
Hosted my daughter’s 2nd birthday at Pure Imagination and couldn’t recommend it more. Sally was so helpful during the party and helped us set up before. The role play toys were just perfect for my daughter and all her friends. Fantastic party venue !
Very lovely small business to visit! I was late to my session (on a busy Saturday!) and they allowed me to stay for the remained (half the time slot) and then rearrange my session for another day, free of charge! Customer service - 5* I've given 4* for my rating because although they tell you to take your shoes off, there was another family when I went the second time (Thursday) and the mum kept her slipper shoes on (easy enough to slip off!) which was a bit disappointing for me as my daughter is still crawling/cruising around, and we take our shoes off at home. The floor looked relatively clean though, apart from the trail of soil she left behind! Also, 4* because some of the wooden equipment is quite battered and chipped, but also feels a bit grimy so I'm not sure how clean they keep the toys! I didn't have any drinks or food to comment.
Lovely local business. We attended a Santa visit and it was lovely with a Christmas party box and a visit to Santa. My daughter is two and loved every minute of it. There are lots of toys to play with and the sessions have just the right amount of children. I seen complaints about the sitting area which I don't get, when you book you book per adult and this gives them an indication however how can they be expected to know how many prams etc there will be? Such a lovely lady who owns it and delicious cakes and coffee offered in a reusable insulated cup to minimise spillage and burns etc but it meant I also got to have a warm drink! It was the perfect space that my daughter could play and I could see her, so I could sit and have a coffee, which I can't do in some of the larger play centres. Will be returning and have told all my mum friends to come too!
Great variety of toys and fab for role play / imaginative play. I'd say 18 months - 5 years would really enjoy this place. It's not too big as well so you can easily sit on the chairs and tables and catch up with other grown ups whilst still being able to keep an eye on the kids. My boys enjoyed it.
Such a lovely place for little people! Staff are so lovely to talk to. My nearly 3 year old has the best time and doesn’t want to leave! It’s great because we don’t have room for all those toys (or money!) so she loves all the different toys, especially the shop and little house!
We have attended the opening, play sessions and a birthday. This has to be our favourite role play centre. Clean & bright with a well thought out layout. The seats are situated ne t to the play area so that you can nearly always see your little one playing if they let you sit and have a drink. Thank you so much Sally and team, we love it. ❤️
