Warning. I entered my vehicle Reg No when I entered (we come here quite often as we have 3 young children and we often have parties here) but I received a letter 2 months later saying that I had a parking fine. When I challenged this I was told that I should have challenged this within a month of the violation… I called and challenged this the day that I received the letter and also spoke to the manager in person - both people said they’d sort it for me but I’m still being pursued. So, even if you can prove you were in the premises, if you get the letter after 4 weeks then you have no way to challenge the fine. I am currently waiting to be issued a court claim for the £100 fine that I will not be paying.

We attended a birthday party at there and the reception does not alert the customer to register the car, and I got 60 pounds fine for unauthorized parking!!! This is ridiculous as a soft play. It is not in the city or council hall just a rural countryside softplay and they installed a camera parking. The reception should be responsible to do it but they failed and we need to pay for it. Never go here again.

Oxygen Wilmslow has come back after renovations. The whole atmosphere looks modern. There is a climbing castle in free jumping area. A brand-new rock climbing area is exciting. The cafe provides more food options. It becomes more attractive!

I had a amazing experience a few weeks ago , from the start to finish. The staff are so friendly and I believe the lady I spoken to was called bev , she was so friendly and my children loved her , as she took time to speak to them as well as myself. Fantastic customer service.

For children on a wet summer holiday, superb. Unfortunately, the adults could not hear one another due to the high volume dance tunes. There is a high price associated with sessions here and the food and drink are similarly expensive. Good, but not often in my view.

This is one of our (my three year old and I) favourite trampoline parks. I like that the whole park is so wide that I can let him run around and see him most of the time. He loves having so much area to run around on. The inflatable slides and assault course are a great addition. There is also a climbing wall balance beam and jump pad. The sitting area is very spacious and the cafe is reasonably priced. Think they have a special of two pizza and four drinks for £20 also Top tip you can get a second hour for half price. Which is great because my boy tends to run out of steam after 40 min and after a 20 min snack break would usually miss the last part of his hour but this extends it nicely. The staff are really nice and friendly which makes you feel welcome like going to a friend's house. My only grumble was that terminator Salvation was positioned right on the way in which doesent seem appropriate for the little ones but they have just changed it so the arcades have their own area. Which is great, thank you. They could also do with a massive clock so you can see how much time you have left but that's minor really. I recommend this place to my friends and it looks like a great place to have a birthday party.
