Friendly staff create a welcoming, inclusive environment (dogs, kids and disabled people welcomed) with jazz and contemporary music complimenting the home cooked food. Challenging for wheelchair users as it's an older building that's been beautifully modernised but has the odd step/steps to the bathrooms. There's a door for wheelchairs to enter/exit that offers access to the main seating area and counter, staff were happy to discuss smaller items on the menu (I had a breakfast from the children's menu with a smoothie and a latte) and there are vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options as well as 4 lactose alternatives for those who need them - soya, oat, coconut and almond milks. The toilets are down 1 step, up 3 steps, then another 2 steps into the ladies (sorry guys, I was so pleased to reach the ladies without falling I forgot to check the location of the gents) The meal was freshly prepared and plated appealingly, the smoothie freshly blended and the latte was perfect. They have a kids menu as mentioned and kids eat free with paying adults, traditional cakes and treats and lots of dog treats for man's best friend.

First time visiting here. Stopped halfway through a walk for some breakfast. Nice clean and well presented. Staff all helpful, good amount of choice on the menu and our food was good. We only had breakfast bloomers. But they were good. Dog friendly too.

Found this place during the school summer holidays and have been back a couple of times since. Great coffee and food in a lovely environment. Have to also mention the chap running the place who was friendly and welcoming too. Will definitely come back again.

First time we've been there for years but will definitely be back soon. Fabulous service from the lovely Bethany who was very pleasant and a credit to the restaurant. Food was excellent. Only downside was the lack of other customers. You should give it a try as it definitely deserves more support.

Booked at the last minute on a Friday night to celebrate our daughters degree result. The 3 course Prefix Menu was very reasonably priced and the food was absolutely delicious! Top quality dining in a quiet, ambient restaurant near the client hills. Will definitely return!!

We hired the Four Stones for a private event and every step of the way they were incredible. Katie and her team helped us set out our menu and plans and left us with an amazing night to remember. Would highly recommend to anyone, the combination of amazing food, attention to detail and beautiful venue left us thoroughly satisfied with our choice.
