We needed to divert from the M6 due to a RTC but the alternative route was periodically updated with the fastest route and we made good progress with a similar ETA. POP Hyde was good although it is a small basic venue, the performance of Seb Lowe was brilliant as well as the supporting acts we saw beforehand. The staff were lovely and went out of their way to help us.

A fantastic initiative bringing some.genuine character to Hyde - as an ex pat (I live in Canada) it's great to see these type of projects and initiatives when I come back

A very quaint little place, in a beautiful old post office building. The winding corridors full of art take you round to a welcoming cafe space with a real sense of community. There is tea and coffee and cake for £1 each (the cake was yummy!) Some food was available but I think you have to ask. You can buy items from small businesses and crafter's whilst in here too. We was here for the children's art class and my home ed daughter loved it! As we waited for her we got to watch groups and friends using the space as they do regularly, it was lovely! At weekend they have a bar also. The building is wheelchair accessible and there are toilets

Brilliant place with a great atmosphere. Very comfortable and welcoming with extremely friendly volunteers running it. Brings a real sense of community which is part of the aim. They run a fab cafe with some very different choices of food and also include vegetarian and vegan options too. Events and projects for the community run during the day and the evening. There's a bar for evening events which serves a great selection of drinks at incredibly reasonable prices. A very relaxed informal welcoming place. Open mic night is lots of fun with anyone and everyone encouraged to get up and play or sing. Very eclectic with something for everyone. Lots of local artisans and artists sell their wares here too and there are lots of plans in the pipeline yet to come
