   I can't thank here enough, I have to come daily to get my son a chocolate twist who has an eating disorder, where the team put one to the side for me. The team are great and friendly and always happy to help.

   I have used this dinner for years to meet friends and a chat over a cup of coffee. I met a friend on 11th November at this dinner. I have today received a £100 parking penalty from a firm called Parkingeye, apparently there is parking restrictions at these premises. I assume details of these restrictions are given at the premises although neither my friend or myself noticed these. I will not be visiting this dinner in the future, and I will be warning my friends and family members to be careful if they do.

   ⸻ Bad Experience I just had two coffees here with my husband. First of all, the coffee was not good at all. On top of that, there was a girl (name sounded like “yade ” not sure of the spelling) with golden fluffy hair who was full of attitude and had an angry face. It was morning time, and this kind of service was really disappointing. Not a good experience ,

   So I came here on Monday morning. My baby was sleeping in the car so I decided to order off the app to my car as the drive thru always wakes her up. 25 minutes I was waiting, I couldn’t go in because my baby was asleep , I didn’t want to wake her up so I patiently waited. Until I desperately needed to carry on with my journey, so I went through the drive through and tried to explain but I got cut off by the male staff member, and he told me ‘yeah we’re really busy’ and didn’t give me chance to explain yes, you may be busy but I am also a customer who had ordered to my car as that is an option and one I needed to take as my baby was sleeping. He made my drink with semi skimmed although I ordered skimmed, that’s minor. But there was no sincere apology and then my baby was woken up. So maybe take this option off your store if your staff can’t follow through with the orders!!

   Would have been nice to get a full cup. It is what I paid for. And what happened to the sauce I asked for. This has happened 3 visits in a row. Poor service from staff that just don’t really care.

   Costa Drive Through Stafford Road WOlverhampton: Wasn't allowed the £1 cake deal as staff had already put my coffee through, firstly told I would have to buy another coffee and then with an attitude told 'I don't know what you expect me to do about it', I didn't bother pursuing as looking behind the counter, the staff looked quite unkempt and what should have been a flat white turned out to be a very weak latte. Either staff need to focus more on customers and not on each other, or get more customer service training ASAP

   Very nice grade I and II Iisted hotel. Friendly staff. Parking was difficult as no vouchers were available, as shown on their website. We had to ride around to sort out parking arrangements.
