   I haven’t used this costa before but I love Costa so I tried. All the servers seemed nice however there was a very rude young blonde lady there. Not nice service and kept giving me dirty looks while making my drink. Not what I would expect.

   I ordered a flat white an easy and simple thing to make but the staff just rush you and not making the coffee nice the coffee was not with right temperature ( nearly cold ) and they just dumped the milk in to the cup it’s not how you make coffee and she got angry when I said it’s cold they made it same cold again on purpose. I have been to order costas they gave me best coffees

   I've been calling at this branch for nearly 3yrs, and previously, I've always had good service. However, the member of staff who was on duty today did her absolute utmost to ignore me and the customer in front. Both of us had ordered and paid for our drinks, but instead of preparing our drinks, she chose to prepare the drink for the member of staff who hadn't even paid. This member of staff has been there a long time, but her attitude in recent weeks has been less than cordial. Not impressed with standard of service or lack of.

   Nice location. Coffee was just about hot enough. Wasn’t asked if we wanted take out or to have inside. The inside of the coffee house was drab and tired looking with litter on the floors and seats . Needs some tlc and a re fit at least to justify the price of the coffee as this is incorporated into the experience.

   If I could zero i would. The staff on Saturday 18th march 10 am really let this branch down . I order hot chocolate didn't ask any questions to complete my order . I had to say no cream etc . Rude staff no basic manners . When I pulled up the two blonde ladies where slagging a customer off and laughing about them . Think these 2 girls forget that customers spending there money pays there wages. One of the girls the passed me my drink I said do you no want paying for the drinks today . If I hadn't of said anything I would of 100 % had a free order today. When I pulled away I had ordered a hot chocolate and it wasn't even a hot chocolate was a latte. Never using this Costa again will drive to merry hill or dudley much better services . Costa needs to review this branch and its workers immediately.

   We stopped in here a couple of times while staying locally and after a car breakdown. The service was excellent, the service staff remembered our car problems and checked in with us to make sure we were fine, which made us feel very looked after.
