Avoid this scam of a company. Ordered 14th december 2025. Order was never sent and tracking showed absolutely nothing. Sent 2 follow up emails and they were ignored with no response. Other buyers are stating similar things.
Paid for next day delivery haven’t bothered to send it 3 days later… don’t answer to emails or phone calls absolute clowns
Took them 5 days to ship a next day order. Only shopped after 3 email. A few phone calls that now one picked up. In end went to my bank. And put dispute in. About the non delivery. Than order was sent.
Paid for 1-2 day delivery, they state clearly on their website, if you order before 2pm they will dispatch same day ,I did ,since they took my order I have heard nothing from them ,despite emailing calling on WhatsApp, so looks like I will be doing a chargeback, they have taken my order but haven't sent the goods,they ignore all contact ,so I wouldn't recommend shopping with this company! They also lie about dispatching orders , for 2 days tracking for royal mail track24 has not changed from "Sender is dispatching item " So please AVOID at all costs ,I have now gone ahead with a chargeback as they also ignore emails calls WhatsApp messages, will also be reporting to Advertising standards authority as the wording on their website is very deceiving!
Last 3 orders have all been ‘lost’ or late. Ordered 2 and a half weeks ago. Evri yet again haven’t delivered. May seem unfair on the company but the communication has been dreadful. Ghosted me for 5 days. Last communication I had I was told when Evri allow them to make the claim they will re-send my parcel. Regardless of what Evri do or don’t say I still do not have what I paid for. You should send a replacement and compensate for such a terrible experience. I don’t care what Evri do or don’t do, I don’t have what I paid for and the company isn’t one bit bothered. Very very poor.
Very very impressed with order. Delivered very quickly, had my products which I struggle to get in my area as no one has any and the prices are fantastic! Definitely will be my go to from now on for ordering
Customer service doesn't exist with this company. Placed an order on the 9th December for 24-48 hour delivery and no movement on the order. Don't bother calling they won't answer or let you leave a voicemail; they don't reply to Facebook or email either. Raised a dispute via my bank as after 6 attempts to contact them there has been no answer or return contact. I know there are delays to send items currently with industrial action but this order hasn't even been acknowledged to exist via Royal Mail which once sent will get a scan to advise it is with them. If the items eventually show I'll happily pay for them but to pay extra for a delivery service and not to even have the decency to contact advising if or why this hasn't shown is really poor. Judging by other reviews I am not the only person who has been caught out by this.
Purchased 2 items from ELiquidbase and they sent out the wrong items. Emailed to request a refund and asked how to return the incorrect items, but got ignored. Left a review on TrustPilot and they emailed to offer me a discount, but only if I edit or removed the review! Still completely ignored my request for a refund & to return the incorrect products. Again, ignored my reply email. Terrible customer service, useless staff, avoid this company!
I recently purchased e cigs from eliquid base. Paid over £41 and they refunded me back £16 and sent me just 2 disposable pods. Sent email to them last week and still awaiting on reply. I was a regular customer but after such poor service never again. Still waiting on my 5 items. Would not be shopping from here. They sent me 2 disposable pods and one of them literally died after few puffs.
