   Been here before and food v good, but not today. Looks like it closed today or this week? Even though "we're open" in window! Would be nice to find out before seeing out.

   Myself and my friend went there yesterday as we was having a day out and it is a different cafe to what we are used to as we eat and drink at all types of cafes but I would come back there and the food and drinks where superb and the service was absolutely fantastic

   Called in on the way to the museum with 2 hungry friends. I asked on the off chance if they had anything gluten free but wasn't too bothered if not. There wasn't anything on the menu but they couldn't do enough for me to make sure i was fed but also safe from cross contamination. They made me the best omelet I have ever had! Friendly staff, great prices and amazing food!

   This place is a joke, I used to work on the RAF base next to it, I went in one day last year and was kept waiting over an hour for a bacon and egg sandwich (which in the end I never received and was never refunded for) when other people were walking straight in and out with food, so I thought i’d try again as I was in my way home after resigning, WHAT A MISTAKE the owner running around like a headless chicken the one staff member was absolutely clueless, customers waiting to be served and they would rather answer the phone and have a chat with their mates sitting down, no acknowledgement of customers waiting, and then forcefully tells the staff member on the phone that the customers 5/6 sandwiches was going to take “AT LEAST half an hour” best thing they can do is sell up because the owner couldn’t run a bath nevermind a successful business, shame the spiders web cafe up the road has closed down as the service was far superior and food was brilliant, shame you’ve now let someone leave your business hungry- ultimate insult for a hospitality business especially after having 15 years in the industry myself but something tells me you don’t actually care anyway

   I walked in with my Assistance Dog to order. I was told to get out and that the place was too small. I explained that he's an Assistance Dog, so he's legally allowed in, and that we had planned to eat outside. She repeated after me "you're eating outside" and allowed us to order but was red faced with anger. If my friend wasn't so hungry I would never have given these people money. We had to sit on the floor to get the small patch of shade as it was too hot for my Assistance Dog. They didn't offer water for him or an apology to me. Pretty shocking. The meat and toast were burned, no condiments or napkins, they over sugared my tea and it was basic.
